RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

IN CONSIDERATION of being given the opportunity to participate in the International Conference of Arts Science and Technology. I for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin.

ACKNOWLEDGE, agree and represent that I understand the nature of ICTIMESH conference activities both on and off the conference premises.

FULLY UNDERSTAND that in any conference there may be risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I and/or ICTIMESH incur as a result of (i) my participation in any IJAS conference, (ii) my submission of research to ICTIMESH, through ICTIMESH proceedings.

HEREBY RELEASE, discharge, and covenant not to sue ICTIMESH, its administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, editorial board members, research reviewers and employees, other participating conference organizers, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises, on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the Releasees herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages or expenses on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Release or otherwise; and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim or accusation against any of the Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as a result of such claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In addition, as an author, I warrant through the submission of my abstract/paper (also considered as "Work" herein) that the same Work contains no unlawful, fictitious, frivolous, or libellous statements; does not infringe upon anyone else's copyright, patent, trademark, statutory right, proprietary right, or civil right; and that I shall indemnify and hold harmless IJAS and its agents for all liability, damages and expenses (including reasonable actual attorney fees) it may incur as a result of (i) my research submission, and/or (ii) its accepting, publishing, printing and/or circulating the Work, including any claims or accusations brought me, or by any other person claiming an interest in the Work or its subject matter.

I have read the above RELEASE OF LIABILITY agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by accepting it and have accepted it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
